Many customers have asked for a simple solution to purchasing in bulk.  Here is our answer.  Tell us you want the 1/2 or 1/4  or 1/8 cow deal and this is what you will get.  Roast and steaks may not be exact as they are hand cut, but we will get it as close as possible.  Any beef cut on these lists can be converted to hamburger with no extra charge.  There is usually a three week wait after you order before it is available.  We can add bones to these packages at an added cost of $2.oo/lb.

We can ship these using UPS or FedEx with reusable coolers (you pay cost of coolers and shipping).  Or we can deliver within 100 miles of our home($1/mile).  Our favorite choice is for you to come for a visit and pick up at the farm.  Come see exactly where your beef comes from!
