Many customers have asked for a simple solution to purchasing in bulk.  Here is our answer.  Tell us you want the 1/2 or 1/4  or 1/8 cow deal and this is what you will get.  Any beef cut on these lists can be converted to hamburger with no extra charge.  There is usually a three week wait after you order before it is available.  We can add bones to these packages at an added cost of $2.oo/lb.

We can ship these using UPS or FedEx with reusable coolers (you pay cost of coolers and shipping).  Or we can deliver within 100 miles of our home($1/mile).  Our favorite choice is for you to come for a visit and pick up at the farm.  Come see exactly where your beef comes from!
